Texas Wagyu Beef & French Wine Conference Dinner


Every month of the year on the last Thursday evening Executive chef instructor at Le Bistro, Olivier Burgos, and its team of chef students at the Culinary Institute Lenotre are proud to present an outstanding Wine Conference and Food pairing dinner. The next one will be September 27 at 6:30 pm. The theme chosen this time by Olivier Burgos is “Texas Wagyu Beef and French Wines“. Olivier will start the event with a seated conference in the Le Bistro Crump Amphitheater serving canape with the first wine and introducing his five Courses creations.

He will also present the guests of honor who will answer your questions:

> Executive Chef Sales Manager for Rosewood Texas Wagyu Beef who will tell us about his culinary experience in Japan cooking the famous Wagyu Beef

> Rosewood Ranches Manager Kenneth Braddock who will share his philosophy in Land Stewardship for future generation of Ranchers to continue the Cow Boy legacy

> Wine Specialist Sebastien Ramuscello who will qualify the six French wines he selected for the food pairing from the Serendipity collection he represent

Then we will walk to the adjacent Olivier’s Le Bistro dining room, where the dinner will be served for our enjoyment.

The exceptional price of this unique event is only $125 all inclusive (Six wines and food pairing, service and taxes). Tips are encouraged.
