About the Event

Alain & Marie Lenotre and the Students from Le Bistro would like to invite you to our Provence & Côte d'Azur Food & Wine Conference Dinner.  Reserve your seat today and join us on Thursday, June 25th at 6:30 pm in Le Bistro.  

$75 Per Person All Inclusive (Five Wines - Five Courses conference by our guest speaker)

First Course: Tarte aux Oignons et Olives Noir

Traditional Provençal pizza with caramelized onions, anchovies, olives & fresh arugula

Second Course: Ratatouille et Crostini

Eggplant, zucchini, garlic, onion, tomato &  bell peppers served with crostini

Third Course: Salmon Pistou et Moules Marinieres

Salmon encrusted with pistou sauce, mussels with white wine and shallots,served with vegetable tian

Fourth Course: Veal Osso Buco Provençal

Veal osso buco braised in roasted garlic, fennel and tomato sauce, served with tapenade & yukon gold mash

Fifth Course: La Tarte Tropézienne

Classic cream filled brioche from St-Tropez
