Fresh trout in brown butter, lemon and parsley; Vienna sausage & sauerkraut (from the school garden) with bacon & chives

Fourth Course: Jaggerschnietzel & Käsespätzle

Chicken stuffed with ham and Gruyere, parsnip, mushroom, warm spätzle in creamy cheese sauce, topped with eggs.

Fifth Course: Apple Strudel, Linzer Cookie & Sachertorte

Puff pastry with caramelized apple; short dough cookie & raspberry jam;
