Wine Sauces Elevate Any Dish

Most people know about pairing food with wine, but pairing wine sauce with food is a little different, a culinary delight that ranges from simple to complex.
"There is so much you can do with wine, even that last glass in the bottom of the bottle," said personal chef Raul Pajares. "You can use it to sauté vegetables, braise meat, poach fish ... yet a lot of people seem intimidated by cooking with wine. They shouldn't be."
